Cauliflower Cream (vegan)

Special tools needed
  • hand blender
Ingredients for 2 portions
  • 400 g x boiled cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp x mustard
  • 1 tbsp x curry
  • 2 tbsp x tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp x chopped chives
  • salt
  • black pepper
Cooking
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Use the hand blender and prepare a paste out of all the ingredients.
Serving
  • The cauliflower cream can be served warm or cold.
  • Please serve with bread.
Remark
  • The cauliflower cream can be stored in the fridge for about a week.
